GreenLeaf respects your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect through our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”), how we may use the information, with whom we may share the information, and the choices available regarding our use of the information. The Privacy Policy also describes the steps we take to protect personal information, how long we retain this information, and how individuals can contact us to learn about our privacy practices and exercise their rights.
Information we obtain
In connection with your use of the Services, you may provide us with personal information in a variety of ways. The types of personal information we obtain include:
- Contact information (such as name, email address, shipping address and instructions, postal code, phone number and personal identification card);
- Login credentials (such as email address and password) to create an account on the Service;
- Information contained in your public social media profile (in the event you decide to create an account on the Services using your social media account);
- Information you choose to submit on your personalized public profile My Place, including URLs, usernames, photos, links to social media accounts, and information you choose to submit in the Page Description of My Place any other information;
- User-generated content related to product reviews, messages, questions and answers;
- Payment information, such as name, billing address, account number, and payment card details (including card number, expiration date, and security code). If any payments are processed by any other third party such as PayPal, those parties' privacy policies govern this information;
- Bank account related to any corporate programs through which payments may be made to clients (such as incentive programs);
- Order records, including information about products purchased or viewed on the Service;
- Information you provide through contests, sweepstakes and surveys;
- Social media information, such as social media handles, content and third-party features you use on our Services (such as applications, tools, payments provided by social media services such as Facebook, Google and Instagram) Services, widgets and plug-ins) or other information posted on social media pages (such as our social media pages or other pages accessible to us);
- Other personal information contained in content you submit on the Service (such as through our "Contact Us" feature or other customer support tools); and
- Country and language preferences based on mobile device settings and/or IP;

You do not need to provide this information, but if you choose not to provide it, we may not be able to provide you with certain services and related features.
How we use the information we receive
We will use the information we obtain through the Services as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations, provide you with the products and services you request, deliver ordered products (including but not limited to transportation through relevant third-party service providers and customs clearance).

In addition, we will use your contact information to send you health newsletters, emails, SMS, push notifications and in-app notifications about our products, services, sales and special offers (if you signed up to receive them without opting out). We may also use your email address to advertise our products, services, sales and special offers via Facebook and Google sites or online. For example, if you are on Facebook, you may see our ads on social media platforms, or if you are logged in to your Google account, you may be using the Google search engine, Instagram, Facebook, Gmail and the Google Display Network because these third parties match your email address to you.
Automatic collection of data
When you use our services or open our emails, we may use automated means (such as browser cookies, Flash cookies, local storage, web beacons and graphics, JavaScript, device identifiers, server logs and other technologies) to obtain certain information. The information we obtain in this way may include your device IP address, function variable names, identifiers related to your device, device and operating system type and characteristics, web browser characteristics, language preferences, clicks Flow information, your interaction with our services (such as the web pages you visit, the links you click, and the features you use), the pages that lead or refer you to our services, the date and time you access our services, and information about your use of us Additional Information about the Services. For the above purposes, we may combine the information obtained about you through our website with the information obtained through our application. We may also use the information we obtain in other ways, and we will provide specific notice when we collect this information, or use it with your consent.
